Terms of Use
– Rates are based on the standard number of guests; only the guests listed at the time of booking are allowed to stay.
– Minors without a guardian are not permitted to stay at the pension.
– Pets are not allowed without prior approval.
– Check-in is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM the following day.
– All indoor areas are non-smoking.
– Please refrain from cooking seafood, meat dishes, or fried foods inside the rooms.
– The use of candles, fireworks, and butane gas is strictly prohibited; please avoid attaching balloons.
– Guests are responsible for any damage or loss of facilities during their stay. Please take care when using the rooms.
– The maximum number of guests allowed is based on those staying overnight; visitors beyond the reserved number are not allowed.
– The pension is not responsible for accidents caused by negligence or for loss/damage of valuables (including cash).
Information
– In case of a no-show (not using the reserved accommodation without prior notice), the full accommodation fee (100%) will be charged as a same-day cancellation.
– Cancellation fees are applied based on the first day of stay.
– Entry may be denied if the number of guests exceeds the maximum allowed, and no refund will be given for this reason (including infants and children).
– Cancellation fees apply even if you cancel on the same day after booking.
– Same-day cancellations after booking are non-refundable.
– For groups, if a meal order was placed in advance, cancellation fees will also apply to the meal cost.
– Full refunds will be issued if, on the day of stay, a weather warning (storm surge, earthquake tsunami, typhoon alert) is issued by the Meteorological Agency that prevents travel to the accommodation area or use of transportation (airplane, ship, etc.).
– Otherwise, standard cancellation policies apply.
– If there is a change in the number of guests on the day of arrival from the confirmed reservation, no refund will be provided. Please book carefully according to the confirmed number. Additional guests must pay on-site.
– A basic cancellation fee of 10% of the total reservation amount will be applied for cancellations made 11 days or more after booking.
